Schiavi Spa recently took on an interesting project for the complete renovation of a building bordering the historic center of Bossico, on Via Rifugio.
The intervention will affect the house as a whole, and will involve the total preservation of the building’s original architectural features, both in the details and compositional geometries of the facades. At the same time, the project includes the installation of high-quality thermal and acoustic insulation and the use of the latest generation of plant engineering solutions, designed to ensure the property’s superior energy performance, fully in line with current housing and environmental requirements.
Studied in detail will also be the complete integration of the building into the surrounding landscape context, already starting with the common areas: both the outdoor area facing Seven Hills Street and the inner courtyard of this residential property will in fact be paved and embellished with small portions of greenery.
The project thus conceived aims to represent a perfect combination of the mountain construction styles typical of the Bergamo area and the spatial, functional and outdoor communication needs nowadays considered fundamental for an optimal quality of living.
