Located opposite the entrance to the Royal Villa, the property represents one of the most prestigious hotels for the city. The intervention stems from the need to expand the accommodation capacity of the hotel’s historic core, particularly by equipping it with modern, high-tech suites and conference rooms. The construction site also involves the renovation of the adjacent building, through the preservation and enhancement of the Art Nouveau features of the facade and the complete renovation of the interior parts: connection with the existing body of the hotel, high-end finishes and modern plant equipment.
