Building renovation work aimed at energy upgrading of a residential building in the Municipality of Arese.
The project involved the structure in its entirety: from the workmanlike removal of the eternit from the roof to the construction of a new wooden load-bearing structure, coupled with insulated sandwich panels with a tile-holding profile; from the replacement of the window and door frames to the application of the thermal coat and subsequent facade renovation. The ultimate goal of the intervention was to ensure objective implementations on an already established structure so that the building could sustain the energy and livability requirements currently demanded.
Although it did not include any operation on the building’s plant component, the all-inclusive intervention conducted by Schiavi Spa ensured real energy efficiency, with reduced consumption for the condominiums, thanks to high-quality thermal insulation. All, with the added value of a revamped, high-end aesthetic.
