The residence consists of four apartment buildings, plus a number of collective spaces: the caretaker’s apartment, common rooms, and sports equipment arranged within the condominium garden. The plan layout seeks to create a large courtyard by arranging the buildings along a hypothetical semicircle. The tower-type houses, which are quite similar to each other, are characterized by the use of “exposed” brick and plaster.
