The residential complex is structured in two separate lots, set in a large public green space. The intervention involved the construction of independent bodies of buildings, but which together give a sense of neighborhood. The residences are enriched by the inclusion of a dozen neighborhood stores, located on the ground floor, and connected by an arcade. The two basement floors contain garages and storage rooms.
