The multipurpose building is being renovated, preserving the architectural rhythm: the three store arches on the ground floor, the balcony on the first and the five sober windows on the second. Not far from the places of the aristocracy and clergy, Casa Scanzi and San Pietro Martire, the building restores another decisive space for Monza history: the industrious space of houses with attached workshops.
