In the city center, the building configures a clearly modern architecture. Various functions are housed inside: offices, stores and some apartments. The essential elements that make up the facades are plaster, aluminum window and door frames, and cladding in “stump,” a local stone. The use of the ribbon frame gives the building lightness and harmoniousness.
