At the intersection of Addolorata Street and Silvio Pellico Street, in a meager urban lot, the existing volume of an old public building from the late 1800s has been restored.
The structure arranged on two above-ground floors consists of a single volume with a rectangular plan, the fronts are characterized by holes surrounded by richly decorated concrete frames, all within a small but well-kept courtyard.
The building currently houses a senior center, while it was previously used as a neighborhood library.
