The building stands tower-like in a recently expanded neighborhood with a primarily residential vocation. The overhangs of the concrete balconies differ from the plaster of the facade, moving the lines of an otherwise strongly compact and staggered volume. The color relies on the red of the window frames, which stands out against the white of the structure.
