In the heart of the historic center, the renovation intervenes on a building, of which it maintains the exterior outline and perimeter walls. The interiors are being modernly adapted to sheltered housing for the elderly and first hospitality. At the same time as the construction site, the access road system is reorganized: in fact, a plaza in front with parking and a pedestrian walkway are opened beyond the arch of the building, connecting the historic center and a major thoroughfare.
