Residence Le Arcate

Residential complex consisting of four building bodies, three of which are articulated around a public green space. The buildings, each of two stories, with a single basement floor housing garages and accessory rooms, are built with traditional materials. Architectural friezes consisting of “face brick” pilasters connected by segmental arches have been built on the facades, giving the buildings a character typical of local rural architecture. The hipped roof rests on the shaped concrete perimeter eaves.
