The residential-commercial complex consists of three buildings articulated around a central space. Commercial spaces are located on the ground floor, while housing and some offices are located on the upper floors. The main body is found to be parallel to Lake Iseo in front, while the two secondary bodies are found to be orthogonal to it. Past the ground floor of the main body, the other floors are set back from the façade line, creating an upward tapering of the front. A series of solar slabs and loggias characterize the architectural composition of the front facing the lake. The materials are of the traditional type: reinforced concrete structures and roofs and plastered perimeter infill.
