In the new residential neighborhood of Lovere, at the top of the town center, is located the residence “Il Serpentone,” so named because of the remarkable length of the building and its sinuous development.
The condominium following the course of the terrain is composed of a series of functional blocks that by repeating and rotating with respect to the front create a linear development of the facades.
The vertical development of the building is characterized by the retreat of the façade from floor to floor, allowing the inclusion of the long balconies to take up the surrounding natural terraces.
