The residential building complements the urban block located in the Germanedo neighborhood in the “upper” part of the city of Lecco.
The residence consisting of five apartments arranged on four above-ground floors and a basement, the rectangular plan of the building was imposed by the longitudinal shape of the lot.
The facades characterized by the horizontality of the balconies are reinforced by the horizontal pattern of the two-tone plaster, all to make the building feel lower than high.
Particular attention was paid to equipping the residence with technical and construction measures aimed at containing energy consumption.
