Privileged views of the lake and privacy of the interior. These are the two housing ca- ratures contem- pted in Rinaldo Scaioli and Andrea Melloni’s project. The site of the private villa takes on ancient materials, to which Scaioli’s craftsmanship ensures elegant modern finishes. The openings’ splays, chimneys, and the course of the ground-floor porches combine the more traditional architecture with the future, placing it in successful dialogue with the surrounding garden and forest.
