Multi-story residential building placed on the axis of connection between Bergamo “bassa” and Città Alta grafting itself into the urban fabric as a link between the old town and the new expansion of the city.
The volume is presented as a single “block” with the treatment of the facades in such a way as to make the development of the fronts articulated, all of which is also remarked in the use of different materials: bush-hammered reinforced concrete for the structures, and the facades covered in ceramic stoneware tiles.
Each apartment enjoys triple views, large balconies, and garages and utility rooms located on the ground floor.
