The work involved the rehabilitation of the building located at the corner of the Santa Maria hamlet in the historic center of Lovere. The intervention included the modernization of the entire building, preserving its residential use on the upper floors, and leaving commercial spaces on the ground floor. It also provided the building with a basement to be used for storage and garages. The facades have been maintained and recovered as have the stone elements and roof design.
