The radical urban redevelopment intervention strongly characterized the context in which the building was placed, as it provided the neighborhood and, more broadly, the entire municipality of Lovere with various services. The complex, characterized by an articulated but traditional-looking structure, is built around a courtyard open to the lake. The building contains a plurality of functions, including: the Continental Hotel, a restaurant, a conference hall, a medium-sized sales facility, several stores and offices, including the detachment of the Ministry of Justice-Justice of the Peace Offices and major medical offices, as well as representative apartments. There are also two basement floors used for storage, garages and parking spaces for the hotel.
