The aim is to build properties that are able to comply with the standards of excellence that have always been at the heart of what we do. Schiavi Spa makes a great deal of room for its own advanced energy design service.

Starting with the identification of the thermal energy needs of a building, for conditioning needs in summer and winter, through to a study for the production of domestic hot water, we work on a daily basis to identify and use the latest renewable energy technologies and the best performing winter conditioning methods.

More generally, our advanced energy design service aims to create buildings with a focus on providing the maximum energy yield and the best environmental sustainability.
